Anywhere X

AnywhereX "bootcamp" style class is designed to introduce you to the basics of CrossFit gradually while getting your conditioning up to speed. AnywhereX will include a daily skill session dedicated to teaching you the proper technique for all the fundamental lifts and a bodyweight workout that will build your cardio-respiratory endurance.

Level One

Level One is a strength and conditioning program. Blending gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance training, it builds general physical preparedness for all of life’s challenges.

Gymnastics

In this class, we focus on movement fundamentals, flexibility, and coordination. Handstand basics, kipping pull-ups, muscle ups, glide kipping, balance beam, parallel bars… you name it, we coach it.

Barbell Club

Our afternoon Barbell Club is for those people looking to get better at Olympic weightifting and build a strong foundation for the rest of their fitness. We squat, deadlift, clean, jerk, snatch, and everything in between, following a progressive program written by our own, in-house Olympic lifting coach. Offered 2x week at each location, this is a perfect way to move forward in your progression as a lifter.

AnywhereX

If you’re out of shape or have only been training sporadically, do not fear. Our Anywhere Fit bootcamp class is designed to introduce you to the basics of CrossFit gradually while getting your conditioning up to speed. Nicknamed “AnywhereX,” this class will include a daily skill session dedicated to teaching you the proper technique for all the fundamental lifts and a bodyweight workout that will build your cardio-respiratory endurance. The majority of sessions are team oriented, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with others in class. All new members must complete a minimum of 4 weeks in AnywhereX before starting the Level I program. There is no additional cost for these classes.


Level One

Level One is a strength and conditioning program. Blending gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance training, it builds general physical preparedness for all of life’s challenges. The best part of Level One is that it does not specialize in any one area, so you will never plateau. It is fun, creative, and, most importantly, it works. We teach you to do common things like squat, jump, lift heavy objects, and move your bodyweight in myriad directions. Our goal is to teach you to do these things so well that you look, feel, and act younger for longer. Our methodology thrives on the effort, commitment, and cooperation of a community that shares its successes; a community we want you to become a part of.


Gymnastics

It’s not often you find an adult gymnastics program, let alone one led by an instructor with 10+ years experience teaching at every level, but that’s what we have at Anywhere Fit. In this class, we focus on movement fundamentals, flexibility, and coordination. Handstand basics, kipping pull-ups, muscle ups, glide kipping, balance beam, parallel bars… you name it, we coach it. Whether you’re a CrossFit athlete looking for skill improvement or a mom looking to keep up with her budding 6 year old gymnast, this class is the place to start.

Competitive Training

If competing in the sport of fitness is your thing, our Level II training program has you covered. From building basic strength in the core lifts, to honing gymnastic skill on popular movements like muscle ups and handstand pushups, Anywhere Fit’s competition programming has lead our gym to qualify for Regionals every year since 2011. Lead by 3x CrossFit Games finalist Blair Morrison, Anywhere Fit has developed programming that not only improves your strength, conditioning, and skill, it prevents you from getting injured. HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETICS

Is your team looking to take the next step in preparation for the upcoming season? Anywhere Fit offers dedicated, sport specific strength and conditioning for all area schools. We have successfully prepared soccer, lacrosse, football, basketball, baseball, and wrestling teams from Folsom, Vista del Lago, Del Oro, and Del Campo high schools. Depending on the size of your team, we offer isolated class times where all of our staff’s attention will be on your athletes. Contact for pricing.


Personal Training

Group classes not your thing? Or maybe you want work on some specific skills that have been nagging you. One on one attention is the lifeblood of progress, and we offer the most diverse, qualified set of trainers in the Sacramento area. From weight loss to weightlifting, our coaches have you covered, and the best part is that you set the schedule. Every first session includes a consultation and assessment, where we get to know you, your goals, and your limitations. Pricing is set by each trainer, depending on experience and expertise.
