WORKOUT OF THE DAY
3 rounds for time:
25 alternating hang dumbbell snatch
9 dumbbell facing burpees
ELITE/RX/35-49: (50s/35s)
SCALED/NOVICE/TEEN/50+: (40s/30s)
*6:00 time cap. At 3-2-1 go, athlete will pick up both dumbbells and establish the hang position. From there athletes must alternate hang snatching between right and left until they reach 25 total snatches. After the 25th hang snatch the dumbbells return to the floor and act as an obstacle the athletes must face while doing their burpees. Each burpee is counted when the athlete lands on the opposite side of the dumbbells. Jumping or stepping over the dumbbells is allowed.
