3 rounds:
10 front squat
10 push press
10 push ups
SKILL
Split jerk technique
5 x 3
*Emphasize spacing front to back AND laterally to create most stable landing position possible.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
E3MOTM 30:00:
1 squat clean and jerk
1 pegboard attempt
10 db bench/floor press
*Build to heaviest weight for the clean and jerk. Each 3:00 work interval is usable however each athlete deems necessary, but coach everyone to bank some rest time to allow for weight changes, etc. Substitute strict pull ups for pegboard.
