Blair grew up in Sacramento, playing football and baseball at Del Campo High School. He completed his undergraduate studies at Princeton University before receiving his graduate degree from Leden, Sorbonne, and Oxford. He competed at the CrossFit Games in 2009, 2010, and 2011 and co-founded the Northern California Classic in 2019. His passion for fitness and travel still thrives today; as he leads annual international Trips with groups of 30-40 people exploring and exercising in some of the world’s most beautiful places.
