Our 6,000 sq foot facility is one of the largest training facilities in the greater Sacramento area. Since 2011, Anywhere Fit Folsom has been developing a supportive community of all types of athletes. Whether you're a retired mother of 5 or a HS athlete wanting to strength train, Anywhere Fit Folsom has a program for you.

Elite level coaching staff

Accomplished athletes, including 3X Games athlete Blair Morrison, leads the program at AnywhereFit. Coaches make and break a gym, CFA is built on a solid foundation.

    Designed to teach kids 6 - 12 years old the basics of fitness and functional movement, this class is perfect for children of all ability levels. Our professional coaches lead the group through an organized warm up, skill/movement building session, and a workout rooted in work/play philosophy.       Our most popular option. Gives you access to all programs and class levels.
    • Part Time

      $125 /mon
      This is a great option for someone with a busy schedule or who travels often. (Limited to 2 Classes per week)
    • Family

      $400 /mon
      A family who trains together, stays together. (Good for 3 full time memberships)
