Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program. Blending gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance training, it builds general physical preparedness for all of life’s challenges. The best part of Crossfit is that it does not specialize in any one area, so you will never plateau. It is fun, creative, and, most importantly, it works. We teach you to do common things like squat, jump, lift heavy objects, and move your bodyweight in myriad directions. Our goal is to teach you to do these things so well that you look, feel, and act younger for longer.
