From building basic strength in the core lifts, to honing gymnastic skill on popular movements like muscle ups and handstand pushups, Anywhere Fit’s competition programming has lead our gym to qualify for Regionals every year since 2011. Lead by 3x CrossFit Games finalist Blair Morrison, Anywhere Fit has developed programming that not only improves your strength, conditioning, and skill, it prevents you from getting injured.
