AnywhereFit is a strength and conditioning program. Blending gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance training, it builds general physical preparedness for all of life’s challenges. The best part of AnywhereFit is that it does not specialize in any one area, so you will never plateau. It is fun, creative, and, most importantly, it works. We teach you to do common things like squat, jump, lift heavy objects, and move your bodyweight in myriad directions. Our goal is to teach you to do these things so well that you look, feel, and act younger for longer. Our methodology thrives on the effort, commitment, and cooperation of a community that shares its successes; a community we want you to become a part of.

 

Hybrid Fitness

If you’re out of shape or have only been training sporadically, do not fear. Our Hybrid class is designed to introduce you to the basics gradually while getting your conditioning up to speed. Nicknamed “Foundations,” this class will include a daily skill session dedicated to teaching you the proper technique for all the fundamental lifts and a bodyweight workout that will build your cardio-respiratory endurance. The majority of sessions are team oriented, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with others in class.
